• 5pm Key Responsibilities Author, verify, and optimize 3
• 4• and 5-axis CNC programs using Mastercam or GibbsCAM.

Perform hands-on set-up and prove-out Perform machine setups, tool selections, and fixture installations to run first-article parts and validate programs. Establish repeatable processes before turning the proven-out jobs over to production machinists. Perform multi-axis & automation management Program and set up CNC mills and lathes (Fanuc, Fadal, Haas, and Doosan equipment), including a CNC mill with a pallet pool Ensure all quality and compliance procedure sare up to date Ensure all programs, setups, and documentation fully comply with AS9100 standards and strict aerospace/defense contract requirements. Select optimal cutting tools, design robust fixtures, and establish precise speeds and feeds for a variety of defense-grade materials. Experience working in an ITAR-regulated, or aerospace/defense manufacturing environment. Direct experience programming and setting up Fanuc, Fadal, and Haas controls. Proven success with true 5-axis continuous or 3+2 machining is required. Strong working knowledge of AS9100 quality management systems and Perform GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) per

ASME Y14.5.
