$100,000 - $150,000 depending on experience
Schedule:
M-F Position Overview Join the Modus Advanced team as a CNC Machinist & Programmer and own the complete journey from customer model to production-ready process. This is not an office-only programming role—you'll work on the shop floor, proving out your programs and ensuring they run successfully before handing them off to operators. At Modus Advanced, one day matters. The precision components you'll program and produce often go into applications where reliability isn't just about performance—it's about protecting and saving lives. Your technical expertise and end-to-end ownership will directly enable our ability to deliver excellence to our customers. What Success Looks Like Take a customer model and drawing → Produce a passing part with a repeatable process → Hand it off to an operator who can run it successfully. That's the success metric for this role. You take complete ownership from the moment a job comes in until an operator can produce quality parts without you standing over their shoulder.
Important:
We have no use for a programmer who can only program. This is a floor position—you'll be on the machines, proving out your work, not just sitting at a desk sending programs down to the shop.
