What You'll Do Program CNC equipment for accurate, efficient cutting and material prep Translate drawings, CAD files, and Peacemaker programs into optimized machine‑ready code Keep materials labeled, organized, and staged for fabrication Partner closely with the Shop Manager to maintain smooth production flow What We're Looking For 3+ years of CNC programming experience Proficiency with CAD tools and CNC software, including Peacemaker Strong accuracy, attention to detail, and problem‑solving skills Reliable, organized, and committed to quality What to Expect 8-12 hour weekday shifts, with occasional weekend work A supportive, high‑communication team that values craftsmanship and consistency Why Pisor Fence Your programming is the heartbeat of our fabrication process.
