This, combined with our unrelenting commitment to engineering excellence, allows us to consistently manufacture the highest quality suspension parts in our California facility, tested for drivability and performance on tracks around the country Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented CNC Setup Machinist / Programmer to join our manufacturing team. This position is ideal for a hands-on CNC professional with strong programming, setup, troubleshooting, and production machining experience. The CNC Setup Machinist / Programmer will be responsible for programming, setting up, operating, and troubleshooting CNC machines to produce precision parts according to drawings, specifications, and production requirements. This role requires strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on shop floor position. Responsibilities Program, set up, and operate CNC machines, including CNC mills and CNC lathes Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, work orders, and specifications Perform machine setups, tooling changes, offsets, and adjustments Troubleshoot CNC programs, tooling issues, machine errors, and production problems Verify parts using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other inspection equipment Research and apply proper machining standards, including feeds, speeds, thread pitches, tool geometry, and material specifications Improve and refine machining processes for efficiency, quality, and repeatability Monitor part quality during production and make adjustments as needed Maintain accurate production records and communicate job status as required Work with CNC operators and other team members to support production needs Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards Maintain a clean and organized work area Utilize ERP/MRP systems as needed to review production requirements and job information Qualifications 5+ years of CNC programming, setup, and machining experience required Strong experience with CNC mills and CNC lathes Current CNC programming and setup experience on the following machines or similar: CNC Mill

Chucker, or similar machine Experience with manual lathes, manual mills, and general shop tools preferred Ability to troubleshoot machining, tooling, setup, and equipment issues Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Strong knowledge of tooling, fixtures, speeds, feeds, and machining processes Organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment Computer literate, including Word, Excel, and Outlook ERP/MRP experience a plus Bilingual in Spanish a plus We are looking for a skilled CNC professional who takes pride in precision machining, quality workmanship, and efficient production.
