Full-Time Position Overview:
We are a precision CNC machining company specializing in tight-tolerance components. We are seeking an experienced CNC Swiss Programmer / Lead Setup Machinist who can independently program, set up, and troubleshoot machines while keeping production running efficiently. This is a key role for someone who takes ownership of their work, is highly organized, and can operate with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment. Required Experience (Must Have to Apply) Programming experience with Swiss or multi-spindle lathes 3+ years setting up and operating Citizen Swiss machines (A320 & L12) Experience setting up and running Miyano machines Ability to edit programs using Fanuc or Mitsubishi controls Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, including GD&T Key Responsibilities Program Swiss and lathe machines using GIBBSCAM or similar CAM software Perform complete machine setups, including tooling, offsets, and adjustments Set up and operate Miyano machines as needed to support production Make program edits at the machine Machine precision components based on engineering drawings and CAD models Perform in-process inspections using precision measuring instruments Troubleshoot machining and production issues to maintain workflow Coordinate with engineering, planning, and management to meet production timelines Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Ensure all jobs are completed fully before moving to the next assignment Qualifications Strong knowledge of GD&T Experience working with tight-tolerance machined parts Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Reliable, detail-oriented, and accountable Leadership mindset with a focus on keeping machines running efficiently Why Join Us? 4-day work week (3-day weekends every week) Competitive pay based on experience Opportunity to take ownership and make an impact Stable, team-oriented shop environment Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance (50% employer-paid) Paid Vacation 401(k) Retirement Plan Apply Today If you have the required experience and want to be part of a shop that values skill, accountability, and efficiency—we'd like to hear from you.
