Our machines (Tsugami and Ganesh) use Mitsubishi and FANUC controls.

Requirements/Duties:

Develop programs for new products or prototypes Provide floor support for the programs, as well as continuous improvement of existing production programs Set up and prove out new programs Train operators and setup personnel on new programs once proved out Develop operational methods, work instructions, operating drawings, and documentation Assist with setting up and managing results of tool life program

Requirements:

Four-plus years of proven hands-on programming experience Experience with MasterCam, or other cam software Experience with SolidWorks and AutoCAD is preferred, but not required Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Ability to read prints and drawings Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously Ability to read and manipulate G-Code Experience with multi-axis mill turns is preferred, but not required
