Role:

CNC horizontal set up machinist. Mori Seiki NH 5000 new machines. Must be able to, set up, edit and run machines. B E Products Inc is looking for a skilled CNC Programmer to join our team in Placentia, CA! Responsibilities:

Develop, write, and optimize CNC programs for milling, turning, or multi-axis machining operations Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and CAD/CAM models to create accurate toolpaths Set up and operate CNC machines, ensuring proper tooling, fixtures, and work holding Perform first-article inspections and in-process quality checks to maintain tight tolerances Troubleshoot and edit existing programs to improve cycle times and surface finishes Maintain accurate documentation of programs, setups, and revisions

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in CNC programming, setup, and operation Proficiency in CAM software such as Mastercam, Fusion 360, or similar Strong ability to read and interpret GD&T, blueprints, and technical drawings Experience with G-code and M-code programming Familiarity with multi-axis CNC machining (3, 4, or 5-axis) preferred Vertical and Horizontal Mills Knowledge of metals, cutting tools, speeds, and feeds Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and communication skills
