CNC Machinist (Preferred Experience with Swiss CNC / Citizen Machines) - $28-$33/hr | Temp-to-Hire This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with consistent weekday hours in a clean, air-conditioned facility.

$28-$33/hour, based on experience

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00

PM Environment:

Climate-controlled manufacturing floor CNC Machinist Responsibilities Set up and operate Citizen Swiss-type CNC lathes Perform G-code edits and adjustments at machine control Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications Machine precision components using lathes, mills, and grinders Fabricate and assemble tooling, jigs, fixtures, and dies Calculate and set machine controls for production accuracy Maintain equipment through routine cleaning, lubrication, and inspection Monitor production to ensure tight tolerances and quality standards Recommend process improvements for efficiency and production optimization Support general manufacturing operations as needed CNC Machinist Qualifications Experience with Swiss CNC machining; Citizen experience preferred Knowledge of CNC machining processes, tooling, and materials Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints Familiarity with G-code programming and editing Strong math skills for manufacturing calculations High level of manual dexterity for small precision parts Strong problem-solving and communication skills Ability to meet production deadlines in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented with commitment to quality control standards Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and perform standing/sitting tasks Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $28.00 - $33.00 Per Hour
