CNC STAR

Programmer Machinist position include: 5+ years of CNC setup and operation experience, with strong knowledge of machining and tight-tolerance production Experience setting up and operating STAR screw machines using FANUC controls Ability to produce close-tolerance aerospace parts to +/- .0002 from first article through full production runs Programming experience is preferred, with Mastercam experience considered a plus Ability to review blueprints, select tools and materials, perform offsets, and make program changes as needed Skilled in measuring and inspecting parts using micrometers, calipers, CMM, eye loupes, and other inspection equipment Responsible for troubleshooting machinery, maintaining production goals, and assisting with training or overseeing STAR operators Must be able to lift 50+ lbs., stand for extended periods, work in a noisy shop environment, and complete a background check

Salary :

$35.00 - $55.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
