Must-Have Skills:
Strong CNC programming expertise Experience with high- performance alloys (Inconel/Waspaloy) Hands-on experience in machining optimization Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering & production teams We are looking for a skilled CNC Programmer with hands-on experience in advanced machining environments. If you have strong expertise in G-code programming and aerospace-grade materials, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and modify CNC programs using Uni APT (Must Have) , Mastercam, NX CAM, or Creo NC Work with Waspaloy and Inconel materials Generate and optimize machine-specific G-code for milling & turning Support machine setup, prove-out, and debugging onsite Optimize cycle times, tooling, and machining processes Collaborate with CNC operators, manufacturing, and quality/CMM teams Review CAD models/drawings and provide DFM feedback
