Required Skills:
Strong CNC Programming expertise Experience working with high-performance alloys such as Inconel and Waspaloy Hands-on experience in machining optimization Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering and production teams We are seeking an experienced CNC Programmer with strong expertise in advanced machining environments and aerospace-grade materials. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in G-code programming, process optimization, and CNC machining operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and modify CNC programs using Uni APT (Mandatory) , Mastercam, NX CAM, or Creo NC Work extensively with Waspaloy and Inconel materials Generate and optimize machine-specific G-code for milling and turning operations Support machine setup, prove-out, troubleshooting, and onsite debugging Optimize cycle times, tooling strategies, and machining processes for improved efficiency Collaborate closely with CNC operators, manufacturing teams, and quality/CMM teams Review CAD models and engineering drawings to provide DFM (Design for Manufacturability) feedback
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in aerospace or high-precision manufacturing environments Strong understanding of CNC machining best practices and tooling optimization Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
