About the role Join our team as a CNC Programmer where you will play a crucial role in enhancing our milling & turning manufacturing processes. Your expertise will contribute to our mission of delivering innovative equipment solutions while maintaining our commitment to quality and precision. What you'll do Program CNC Mill & Lathe machines to produce high-quality components according to specifications. Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accuracy. Utilize Fanuc controls for programming and operation of CNC machinery. Implement lean manufacturing principles to optimize production efficiency. Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC equipment. Collaborate with engineering teams to develop new machining processes. Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality control measures. Train junior staff on CNC programming techniques and best practices. Qualifications Proven experience as a CNC Programmer with expertise in CNC programming languages. Strong knowledge of Fanuc systems and controls. Ability to read blueprints and technical schematics accurately. Familiarity with lean manufacturing practices is preferred. Experience with Inventor CAM, Fusion 360, Mastercam X9 is a must. Understanding of machining processes including electrical discharge machining. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. A degree or certification in Manufacturing Technology or related field is advantageous.
