All qualified applicants are urged to apply. We are a fast paced full service manufacturing facility, utilizing the latest technology. We specialize in tight tolerance, complex work with heavy emphasis in the aerospace/medical/spray finishing industries. We specialize in everything from 1 pc prototype work to high volume production orders, for a vast range of applications.
Requirements:
We're looking for highly skilled & experienced Set Up Tech with some programming skills. Pay will match experience DMG/Mori, HAAS, Brother and multi-axis experience is preferred. CAD/CAM experience a plus. Program editing & set up of
HAAS UMC 500, 5
Axis Mill, DMG/MORI 3 axis mill, Brother Mills, COBOT robotic arm, 4th axis and more. Knowledge of G & M Codes/Knowledge of multiple controls a plus. Experience with basic and advanced inspection equipment is preferred.
Responsibilities:
Read/interpret prints, and solid files efficiently. Ability to edit & optimize programs at the machine a Huge plus. Set up and instruct operators to run the machines with minimal supervision. Have own Tools - including Calipers, micrometer, etc. Ensure quality production through physical inspection. Maintain high level of accuracy, efficiency and safety, ensure quality standards and policy objectives are met. Willingness to follow instructions and help wherever needed. Be self motivated, with a positive team-oriented attitude. Must maintain a clean and safe working environment. Top Pay, Overtime Available as needed. We utilize a full suite of modern/current CAD-CAM software. Latest updated versions of Mastercam 2026, Fusion 360, Part Make, plus CAM assist incorporating AI technology. We utilize a full suite of high end inspection equipment ranging from a computerized CMM SmartScope with cameras and probes. Two computerized Keyence inspection machines, along with all standard inspection equipment. Multiple modern comparators, precision surface plates, and everything else found in a top notch QC lab. Pay based on experience
