In this role, you will work closely with our sales and management teams to create both custom and reverse-engineered furniture pieces.

Schedule:

Monday•Friday (7:30AM•4:00PM)

Payrate:

25.00/hr•30.00/hr

Key Responsibilities:

Program and operate CNC machines to produce furniture components Design and develop new furniture models from scratch Reverse-engineer existing furniture pieces into CNC programs Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and design models Input designs into computer modeling software Select and load appropriate cutting tools for each job Adjust machine settings to meet exact product specifications Perform quality inspections throughout production and on final products Troubleshoot machine and programming issues to ensure efficiency Train new staff on CNC machine operation and safety procedures Requirements High school diploma or GED required Proven experience as a CNC Programmer Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Experience with CNC programming and computer modeling software High attention to detail and quality control Ability to work independently and manage deadlines Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift heavy materials Flexibility to work overtime or after-hours when needed If interested feel free to give our office a call for further information 1287 Main St East Hartford, CT 06108 (860)578-8186 #
