Are you ready to engineer precision at the highest level? FK Instrument is growing, and we're looking for a Manufacturing Engineer who thrives in a fast-paced, high-complexity, short-run manufacturing environment . If you love solving problems, fine-tuning CNC programs, and seeing your work come to life in precision-machined components, we want you on our team. What You'll Do Develop and prove out CNC programs using Mastercam for new and legacy parts Collaborate with machinists and production teams to optimize toolpaths and machining processes Create clear documentation: setup sheets, work instructions, and process drawings Troubleshoot machining issues and drive continuous improvement on the shop floor Provide technical guidance and mentorship to operators Support new product introductions and design updates from concept through production What You Bring 8+ years of CNC programming experience, including 3-, 4-, and 5-axis machining BS in Manufacturing or Mechanical Engineering (preferred) Deep knowledge of Mastercam, tooling, feeds/speeds, and material properties Familiarity with
ISO 9001 / AS9100
environments Experience with FMEA, APQP, PPAP, or Six Sigma (a plus) Strong problem-solving, communication, and project management skills Why Work with Us?
