$85,000+ and Sign-On Bonus About the Role A growing advanced manufacturing company in Naples, FL is seeking a skilled CNC Milling Programmer to join their team. This role is ideal for someone experienced with Robodrill, Haas, and Brother machines, who enjoys optimizing programs, improving cycle times, and supporting high‑precision production—especially in the medical device industry. You will be responsible for programming, setup, troubleshooting, and quality verification while working closely with engineering and quality teams to ensure top-tier manufacturing performance. Key Responsibilities Program Robodrill, Haas, and Brother CNC milling machines using Fusion 360 Set up machines, select tooling, and ensure proper calibration Optimize programs to reduce cycle time and improve part quality Inspect finished parts using micrometers, calipers, and CMM equipment Collaborate with engineering and quality to resolve production issues Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to safety and regulatory standards Qualifications 3+ years of CNC milling programming experience (Robodrill/Haas preferred) Proficient with Fusion 360 and familiar with G‑code/M‑code Medical device manufacturing experience strongly preferred Ability to read and interpret detailed engineering blueprints Strong troubleshooting skills and exceptional attention to detail Able to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods Skills CNC Programming Milling / Machining Fusion 360 Robodrill / Haas / Brother
