On Bonus Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM We're seeking an experienced CNC Milling Programmer to support high‑precision machining operations in a regulated manufacturing environment. What You'll Do Program and optimize CNC milling machines (Robodrill, Haas, Brother) using Fusion 360 Utilize G‑code/M‑code to improve cycle times and part quality Set up CNC mills, select tooling, and support first‑article and prove‑out runs Read and apply engineering drawings and GD&T Inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, and CMM equipment Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to resolve machining issues What We're Looking For 3+ years CNC milling programming experience (Robodrill/Haas preferred) Strong Fusion 360 CAM experience Solid understanding of G‑code, machine setup, tooling, and troubleshooting Experience in medical device or other high‑precision manufacturing a plus High attention to detail and quality‑driven mindset Pay & Benefits $85,000-$100,000 base salary $3,000 sign‑on bonus Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Naples, FL.
