Job Title:

CNC Programmer Job Description We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to operate and maintain our CNC equipment. In this role, you will be responsible for reading and interpreting technical blueprints, inputting design specifications, adjusting machine cutting paths, and performing quality checks on the final product. You will also perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the manufacturing process. Responsibilities Read and interpret technical blueprints and design models. Load raw materials into the CNC machine. Input the product design into computer modeling software. Choose and load the correct cutting tools for the job. Adjust machine settings to meet desired product specifications. Troubleshoot issues during the manufacturing process. Conduct quality control tests during manufacturing and on the final product. Clean and maintain the machine. Train new staff in machine operation procedures. Work on mill and lathe. Essential Skills Experience in reading blueprints and using design specification database software. Proficiency in computer modeling and troubleshooting software. Knowledge of CNC programming and machine control software. Experience with mill and lathe operations. Proficiency in Mastercam, calipers, Solidworks, and GD&T. Strong machining skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications Ability to work unsupervised and efficiently. Detail-oriented with a keen eye for precision. Experience in a manufacturing environment. Why Work Here? Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Villa Rica, GA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $40.00/hr.
