About the Role We are seeking a skilled CNC Milling Specialist to join our precision manufacturing team. In this role, you will drive production efficiency by programming, setting up, and operating advanced milling equipment to produce high-quality components that meet rigorous engineering standards. Responsibilities Execute complex CNC milling, drilling, and machining operations to achieve precise part specifications. Perform efficient machine setups and changeovers to minimize downtime and maximize throughput. Assemble and calibrate cutting tools to ensure optimal performance and surface finish. Utilize advanced metrology tools and hand gauges to verify part accuracy and maintain strict quality control. Conduct routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure equipment reliability. Collaborate with production teams to optimize workflows for 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis vertical machining centers. Qualifications Required Skills High School Diploma or GED. Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in a professional CNC machining environment. Proficiency in CNC tooling, machine setup, and precision measurement techniques. Demonstrated ability to interpret complex blueprints and technical drawings. Strong understanding of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T). Preferred Skills Associate degree in CNC Machining Technology or a related manufacturing field. Experience operating and programming multi-axis CNC mills and lathes. National Career Readiness Certificate (Silver level or higher). Prior experience with advanced inspection and gauge measurement systems.
