Job Description

Overview We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in programming and operating CNC machines, with a focus on precision and quality. This role involves working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where attention to detail and adherence to specifications are crucial. The CNC Programmer will be responsible for creating and optimizing programs for CNC equipment, ensuring that all products meet the highest standards of quality. Duties Develop, modify, and optimize CNC programs for various machining processes using Fanuc controls. Operate CNC lathes, mills, UMC's, and other machinery to produce high-quality components according to specifications. Utilize precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers to ensure accuracy in production. Conduct quality control checks throughout the manufacturing process to maintain product standards. Collaborate with other team members ensure seamless integration of machined parts prior to the customer receiving. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CNC programming and machine operation. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Qualifications Proficient in using precision measuring instruments and basic math skills for accurate measurements. Experience with CNC programming, particularly with Fanuc systems, is highly desirable. Experience with CAD/CAM packages, DNC Systems, and Networking equipment. Strong understanding of quality control practices in a manufacturing setting. Ability to work effectively with hand tools and other machinery as required. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
