NOW HIRING
for a CNC Router Programmer/Operator Full-time, Monday- Friday, 7:30 a.m.
- 4:30 p.m. (occasional overtime)
- $20.50 p/h+ DOE

Duties:
- Set up, program, and operate MultiCam CNC routers and other CNC equipment as needed
- Operate manual lathes and mills as required
- Plan and develop machining sequences and programming processes
- Create and maintain documentation including tooling and process parameters to ensure part accuracy and quality standards
- Ensure all parts meet customer specifications and requirements
- Assist with preparing parts for fabrication, assembly, and production workflow
- Support packaging and shipping needs including building crates and preparing parts for shipment
- Learn and assist with CNC programming as needed (training provided)
- Collaborate with other departments to support overall production needs
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience operating a CNC router OR equivalent vocational training
- MasterCAM experience preferred; other CAM software will be considered
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Experience using precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, height gauges, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Ability to perform physical work, including lifting as required
