We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to join a growing, well-established manufacturing company in the greater Chicagoland area. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced CNC Programmer looking to work in a stable environment with modern equipment and a collaborative team culture.

Responsibilities:

Develop, write, and optimize programs as a CNC Programmer for mills and/or lathes Set up and support machining operations using CNC equipment Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications Perform tool selection, offsets, and program adjustments Inspect parts to ensure quality standards and tight tolerances are met Troubleshoot machining and programming issues to maintain efficiency Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve processes

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience as a CNC Programmer or in a closely related role Strong experience with CNC programming, setups, and machining processes Proficiency with G-code and familiarity with controls such as Fanuc or similar Solid understanding of blueprints and GD&T Experience using precision measuring tools Ability to work independently as a reliable CNC Programmer in a fast-paced environment
