Job Description Manage the machining process, including selecting/designing workholding, CAM programming, and simulation. Collaborate with quality control (QC) teams to ensure proper inspection processes are in place. Provide technical support to shop floor personnel during part launches and throughout the production process. Experience designing complex workholding solutions for challenging parts. Strong knowledge of modern cutting tool and toolholding systems. Proficient in reading Blueprints and applying GD&T. Experience working with hard metals. Strong mathematical skills. Vericut experience is a plus. Familiarity with Solidworks or other equivalent CAD software is a plus. Mill/Turn experience is a plus. A proven track record demonstrating the required skills and experience is highly preferred.
