CNC Swiss Programmer - 1st Shift | Direct Hire | Franklin Park, IL Our client, a precision manufacturing company in Franklin Park, is seeking an experienced CNC Swiss Programmer to join their team on 1st shift . This is a direct-hire opportunity with long-term stability!
Schedule & Pay :
1st
Shift:
Mon-Fri, 6am-3pm &
Saturdays:
6am-11am
Pay Range:
$30-$35/hr PLUS depending on experience What You'll Do Program CNC Swiss lathes using Esprit, PartMaker, GibbsCAM Swiss, or Mastercam Write, edit, and optimize G-code Perform setups, prove-outs, and troubleshooting on the floor Reduce cycle times and scrap while maintaining ±0.0001" tolerances Create setup sheets, tool lists, and process documentation Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to improve maneuverability #ZR #ESJ
