Operator Responsibilities:

Program, set up, and operate

HAAS CNC

milling machines Create, modify, and troubleshoot CNC programs using Mastercam Take jobs from blueprint through completed part Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and GD&T Select appropriate tooling, fixtures, speeds, feeds, and workholding Perform machine setups and make necessary offsets and program adjustments Complete first-piece, in-process, and final inspections Use micrometers, calipers, indicators, bore gauges, and other precision measuring equipment Troubleshoot machining, tooling, setup, and programming issues Produce prototype and production parts while maintaining tight tolerances Identify opportunities to improve cycle times, quality, and machining processes Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Work closely with engineering and production personnel to meet customer requirements and deadlines Requirements for CNC Mill Machinist / Programmer /

Operator:

Minimum 5 years of CNC milling and programming experience Strong experience programming with Mastercam Hands-on experience setting up and operating

mills Strong knowledge of G-Code Ability to independently program, set up, and run parts from blueprint to completion Ability to read and interpret blueprints and GD&T Proficient with micrometers, calipers, indicators, bore gauges, and other inspection equipment Strong understanding of machining practices, tooling, speeds, feeds, and workholding Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision High school diploma or equivalent; technical or machining education is a plus Machining aluminum, stainless steel, tool steel, and plastics preferred Multi-axis CNC machining is a plus Prototype and short-run production is a plus Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement preferred
