As a leader in highly engineered specialty bearings and mechanical seals, this organization supports critical aerospace systems including engines, flight controls, landing gear, and aircraft structures. The facility is a state-of-the-art, climate-controlled environment focused on precision, quality, and continuous improvement.
Important Notes:
Must qualify as a U.S. Person under ITAR regulations Non-union facility 90-day probationary period Key Responsibilities Program complex, tight-tolerance components using: Horizontal machining centers Vertical machining centers 4-, 5-, and Y-axis lathes Develop and edit G & M code, including macro programming Support multi-axis machining using Fanuc, Okuma, and Mitsubishi (CELOS) controls Maintain program libraries and revision control in compliance with NADCAP standards Provide shop floor troubleshooting and technical support Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen, 5S, Value Stream Mapping) Assist with program storage, uploads/downloads, and operator support Required Qualifications 4-5+ years of CNC programming experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Strong experience with: Multi-axis machining programming G & M code Mastercam and SolidWorks Experience working with: CNC lathes and mills (horizontal & vertical) Fanuc, Okuma, and Mitsubishi controls Ability to read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and work with tight tolerances Experience in
AS9100 / NADCAP
environments High school diploma or GED Preferred Qualifications Experience with Esprit CAD/CAM software Six Sigma or process improvement experience Strong analytical and project management skills Self-starter with a continuous improvement mindset
