Local Lisle Surrounding Market Direct Hire CNC Programmer to join their team in a direct-hire opportunity. This position is ideal for a CNC professional who enjoys programming complex, precision-machined components and working in a highly technical manufacturing environment. What You'll Be Doing Create, edit, and optimize CNC programs for complex aerospace components with tight tolerances Support multi-axis machining operations across a variety of CNC equipment and machining centers Manage and maintain CNC program libraries and manufacturing documentation Provide shop floor support, including program troubleshooting, editing G and M code, and process improvements Work closely with machinists, engineers, and manufacturing leadership to improve productivity and quality Utilize CAD/CAM software to develop efficient machining strategies and tooling paths Support continuous improvement initiatives within a fast-paced precision manufacturing environment What We're Looking For 2+ years of CNC programming and/or CNC machining experience Experience programming precision-machined components in a manufacturing environment Knowledge of multi-axis machining and CNC controllers such as Fanuc, Okuma, Mori, Mitsubishi, or similar platforms Experience with CAD/CAM software such as Esprit, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or related systems Ability to interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and machining specifications Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Preferred Qualifications Machine Tool Technology diploma, Associate's degree, or related technical training Aerospace, defense, or highly regulated manufacturing experience Experience supporting NADCAP or similar quality requirements Benefits Competitive compensation with growth potential 401(k) with company match Medical, dental, and vision coverage Life and disability insurance Paid time off and holidays Tuition assistance and educational reimbursement This is an excellent opportunity for a CNC Programmer looking to advance their career with a stable organization that invests in advanced manufacturing technology, employee development, and long-term growth. #GRP2 Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, term life insurance, short-term disability insurance, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
