CNC Mazak Set up / Programmer Rusco Manufacturing - 2.6 Machesney Park, IL Job Details $22 - $30 an hour 6 days ago Qualifications Mechanical blueprint interpretation Parts drawings Full Job Description Set up machines, modify the program as necessary, install tool registers, and offsets Install fixtures, make machine control settings, and run first pieces sample parts Monitor the machine, detect malfunctionsand make adjustments as needed to control the process Must be able to take a blue print to a machine and write a program in Mazatrol or G code, and follow through with the set up. Mazatrol versions T-32, T+, Fusion and Matrix control / Smooth Control Check parts for dimensions and proper finish against prints
