Role Summary WALCO Tool & Engineering is seeking a mid-level CNC Programmer to translate engineering intent into accurate, repeatable CNC programs that support on-time, high-quality production. This role is essential to standardizing programming methods, reducing cycle time where possible, and ensuring parts meet print requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

Review blueprints and routing sheets to create efficient, standardized CNC programs Build and maintain clear, well-organized programming documentation Partner with machinists and engineers to confirm program accuracy, efficiency, and part performance Required qualifications/skills: 3+ years of CNC programming experience Proficiency with CAM software (required) Working knowledge of CAD and 3D modeling applications Advanced blueprint reading; in-depth GD&T knowledge Strong understanding of engineering documentation (Veri-cut experience is a plus) If you take a disciplined, detail-focused approach to programming, we encourage you to apply.
