Is This You? Do you program with G- and M-code and enjoy optimizing toolpaths? Can you read a print, apply GD&T, and hit spec the first time? Are you confident setting up and operating 3-4 axis VMCs on Fanuc, ProtoTRAK, or Okuma? Do you like troubleshooting, performing maintenance, and keeping machines running smoothly? Are you comfortable jumping on a manual machine for complex setups or repairs? If you answered yes, our Wyoming, IL (61491) team wants to talk. Your Impact Set up and operate CNC mills (3-4 axis VMC) with Fanuc, ProtoTRAK, and Okuma controls. Interpret GD&T to ensure every feature meets design intent. Write, edit, and refine G- and M-code for quality and efficiency. Select, set, and maintain CNC tooling for reliable results. Troubleshoot machine and process issues; complete maintenance to minimize downtime. Apply manual machining skills to assist in complex setups and repairs. Collaborate with peers to improve processes and elevate product quality. What You'll Need to Succeed Proven CNC machining background with programming experience. Deep understanding of GD&T. Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills. Proficiency in G- and M-code. Hands-on experience on 3-4 axis vertical machining centers. Comfort with Fanuc, ProtoTRAK, and Okuma equipment. Manual machining capability is a plus. High attention to detail and quality. Ability to work independently and on a team in a fast-paced environment.
