We are currently seeking a skilled CNC Lathe Machinist to join our dynamic team and support our mission of excellence in manufacturing.
Job Responsibilities :
Set up and operate CNC lathes to produce aerospace components according to exact specifications. Interpret and work from blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate production. Program CNC lathes using G-code or other CNC programming languages. Monitor machine operations, make adjustments as needed, and ensure consistent output quality. Perform regular inspections of produced parts using precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, etc.). Maintain and troubleshoot CNC lathe equipment to ensure optimal functionality and minimize downtime. Work closely with team members to meet production schedules and maintain quality standards. Ensure the work area is clean and complies with safety and operational protocols.

Required Skills & Qualifications :
10+ years proven experience as a CNC lathe machinist, preferably within the aerospace industry. Strong knowledge of CNC programming, setup, and operation of lathe machines. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Experience with precision measuring tools and quality assurance procedures. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality components. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet production goals.
Preferred Qualifications :
Certification in CNC machining or a related technical discipline. Experience with CAD/CAM software and CNC lathe programming. Previous experience working in aerospace manufacturing or other highly regulated industries.
Education Requirements :
High school diploma or equivalent is required. Technical certification in CNC machining is preferred but not required. (ADA) Minimum Qualifications or Standards Required to

Must be able to use body members to work, move, or carry objects or materials. Must be able to exert up to fifty pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to twenty pounds frequently. Physical demand requirements are at the levels of those for physically active work. Must be able to lift and/or carry weights of up to seventy-five pounds.

Requires the ability to record and deliver information, to explain procedures, and follow verbal and written instruction.
Numerical Aptitude:
Requires the ability to utilize mathematical formulas; add, subtract, multiply and divide figures; determine percentages; determine time weight.
