Process Engineer - Machining Caledonia, MI | In-Person | $75,000 - $110,000 /yr | Full-Time A well established and growing precision machining company supplying world-class components to the commercial, aerospace, and medical industries is hiring a Process Engineer with hands-on CNC programming experience. You will drive continuous improvement, optimize machining processes, and help production run smoother, faster, and with less waste, all with a team that cares about their people. Day shift, Monday to Thursday.

What You'll Do:

Optimize machining processes to improve efficiency, cycle times, and quality Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives that reduce waste and cost Program and set up Swiss CNC lathes using Esprit CAD/CAM Read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and engineering drawings Choose tooling, speeds, and feeds for complex components Troubleshoot machining issues to minimize downtime Train and support operators to build team skills and confidence Collaborate with production and quality to meet aerospace and medical standards

What You Bring:

3+ years of experience programming Swiss CNC lathes Proficiency in Esprit CAD/CAM Strong knowledge of GD&T, blueprint reading, and machining principles Experience with aerospace and medical manufacturing requirements A continuous improvement mindset and a team-first attitude
