Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings with knowledge of GD&T. Work with precision measuring instruments to ensure quality. You'll program from blueprint using conversational programming or Mastercam 2026 Lathe . What We're Looking For

• Blueprint reading skills ( required )
• Knowledge of GD&T ( preferred )
• Ability to make edits, setups, and tool changes
• Experience on

HAAS CNC

lathes (a plus!)

• Must have your own calipers (we provide the rest of the tooling)
• Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
