software Manufacturing facility CNC toolpath generation Mechanical troubleshooting Full Job Description Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Direct Hire Process Engineer/ CNC Programmer to join our manufacturing team. Shift-Monday-Thursday 5:00am-3:00pm OR C-Shift (Fri-Sun, 6:00 AM-6:00 PM) Responsibilities Program and set up Swiss CNC lathes using Esprit CAD/CAM Optimize machining processes to improve cycle time, quality, and efficiency Read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and engineering drawings Select tooling, speeds, and feeds for complex parts Troubleshoot machining issues to reduce downtime Drive continuous improvement initiatives Train and support machine operators Collaborate with production and quality teams
Qualifications:
3+ years Swiss CNC programming experience Proficiency with Esprit software Strong GD&T and machining knowledge Experience in aerospace/medical manufacturing preferred
Pay:
$75,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
