CNC Programmer, Swiss Lathe Grand Rapids, MI | In-Person | $75,000 - $110,000 /yr | Full-Time A well established and growing precision machining company supplying world-class components to the commercial, aerospace, and medical industries is hiring an experienced CNC Programmer. You will program and optimize Swiss-style machines in a facility with state-of-the-art equipment and a team that cares about their people. Day shift, Monday to Thursday, 5:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

What You'll Do:

Program and set up Swiss CNC lathes using Esprit CAD/CAM Select tooling, speeds, and feeds for complex, tight-tolerance components Optimize programs to improve cycle times, efficiency, and quality Read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and engineering drawings Troubleshoot machining issues to minimize downtime Support and train operators, and lend a hand on the floor when needed Partner with production and quality teams to meet aerospace and medical standards

What You Bring:

3+ years of experience programming Swiss CNC lathes Proficiency in Esprit CAD/CAM Strong knowledge of GD&T, blueprint reading, and machining principles Experience with aerospace and medical manufacturing requirements A problem-solving, team-first mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
