CNC Lathe Machinist / Programmer (G & M Code & FeatureCAM)

Pioneer Machine & Technology, Inc. is seeking an experienced CNC Lathe Machinist / Programmer capable of independently programming, setting up, and machining parts from blueprint to finished product. This position requires strong proficiency in G & M code programming at the machine and/or the use of FeatureCAM. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a job shop environment, handling short-run and custom work, and taking ownership of jobs from raw material through final inspection. Responsibilities include interpreting blueprints, selecting tooling, setting offsets, machining to tight tolerances, and verifying part quality. Preferred (Not Required) CNC mill programming and setup experience Experience with ProtoTRAK or similar controls Job shop experience (short-run, custom work)
