You'll own parts, processes, and results. Our operation runs twin-spindle/twin-turret Mill turns, and Citizen Swiss machines. The focus is building repeatable, efficient processes and mentoring others to run them right. If you know how to program, prove it on the floor, and improve things, you'll fit in here. What You'll Do Program and optimize multi-spindle, mill-turn, and Swiss CNC lathes (Esprit CAM) Take ownership from first chip to stable production Develop and refine tooling, handoff strategies, and cycle times Support setups and help operators troubleshoot Document best practices and standard processes Work directly with leadership on workflow and capability improvements What You Bring 5+ years programming CNC lathes (Swiss Experience required) Strong understanding of live tooling, sub-spindle transfers, and part handoffs Deep G-code and process knowledge Esprit CAM experience preferred; Citizen Swiss a plus Able to mentor others and drive consistency Takes ownership, doesn't wait to be told What You'll Get Pay that matches skill and impact Full benefits: health, dental, vision, 401(k) Day shift, modern equipment, complex work A leadership team that understands machining and invests in capability
