On-site Job Summary Seeking a skilled CNC Programmer with experience in millwork manufacturing to develop CNC programs, interpret blueprints and technical drawings, select appropriate cutting tools, and set up CNC machines for production. In millwork and woodworking specializing in high-quality cabinetry, countertops, and architectural millwork for residential and commercial projects, with a focus on precision craftsmanship and custom fabrication. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience programming 3-axis CNC milling machines, strong shop math skills, and the ability to determine efficient machining methods. CNC machine operating experience is a plus but is not required.

Key Responsibilities:

Create accurate CNC programs and machining instructions for cutting tools and production operations. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and digital models. Determine efficient machining methods based on component designs and material requirements. Select appropriate cutting tools for different materials and machining operations. Set up CNC machines to manufacture components according to programmed specifications. Verify program accuracy and ensure components meet design requirements. Apply shop math and measurement skills to support accurate machining and production.

Qualifications:

Experience programming 3-axis CNC milling machines. Experience with CNC programming and CAM software. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and models. Knowledge of machine setup, cutting tools, and machining processes. Strong basic math, measurement, and numerical skills. Millwork or woodworking manufacturing experience preferred. CNC machine operating experience is a plus but not required.
