Machine Aluminum parts for Advanced and Light Weight Vehicle programs. CNC Mill Operator experience levels may range from High School graduate with 2 years CNC Mill Operator and Programming experience to advanced CNC Mill Operator with multiple years of experience with 3 axis and/or 5 axis mills and program cutterpath using WorkNC. Hourly rate is based on knowledge, capability, performance and years of experience. CNC Mill Operator experience, minimum 2 + years. ( Must be proficient with programming, set up & operating CNC mills running Haas or Fidia Controllers preferred. Basic knowledge and understanding of GD&T principles. Set Up Jobs on CNC Mill and Initiate CNC Programs. Able to generate CNC G-Code Programs. Cutterpath programming capability is a plus and should be noted on resume. Work NC programming preferred. Good communication skills and focus with the capability of taking a project from line up thru completion. Positive attitude, good work ethic and punctual. Position averages 6 days ( 45-55 hrs ) per week. ( Overtime after 40 hrs ) Good benefits and end of year profit sharing bonus. Position requires loading and unloading material into Mill up to 30 lbs.
