Job Description

Welcome to MRG Tool and Die's ! We are always looking for talented, motivated, and energetic individuals to join our team. Multi Axis CNC Programmer At MRG Tool and Die, our employees make the difference, proving that great ideas, collaboration and team work can turn our customers' ideas into reality and you will help make that happen. MRG is currently looking for a talented CNC Programmer specializing in Multi Axis Machining to join a diverse team to create unique solutions for complex problems. The CNC Programmer will be responsible for providing technical expertise within a team to develop and implement Multi Axis machining process to meet engineering requirements. This position will be required to take ownership of the manufacturing processing for programs from conception to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Proficient in 3, 4 & 5-Axis NC programming for machining Must be able to program utilizing models and working with multiple axis and limited dimension drawings Create detailed work instructions, mfg. sketches, and other shop floor documentation Solid troubleshooting ability related to work holding, tool selection, speeds, feeds, etc. Understanding of model-based definition and GD&T as well as customer specifications Provide shop-floor support as necessary to resolve technical and manufacturing issues. Utilize root cause analysis, preventative and corrective action to reduce/eliminate non-conformances
Required Skills:
Candidates must have at least one (1) year of machine tool technology and/or credentials verifying formal training in machining technology. Candidates must have at least five (5) years of experience in programming and set up of CNC machines Must have at least 8 years of experience working in a machining environment
Education and Experience:
