) Position Overview We are seeking an experienced CNC Programmer / Machinist to join our client's Swiss department. This role combines programming, setup, and operation of multi-axis CNC machines with mentorship and continuous improvement responsibilities. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and thrives in a precision-driven, collaborative environment, ensuring high-quality components are delivered efficiently and accurately. Key Responsibilities Program, set up, and operate multi-axis CNC machines Apply deep understanding of tooling, speeds/feeds, and machining strategies Mentor and train junior operators and setup personnel Troubleshoot machining issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives Maintain compliance with regulated, precision-driven processes (medical device manufacturing) Qualifications 7+ years of CNC programming experience with strong machining skills Proficiency with Mastercam, GibbsCAM, or ESPRIT Hands-on experience with multi-axis Swiss machines (Citizen
