Job Description

If so, we invite you to apply for our CNC Programmer position, where your expertise will directly impact production quality and efficiency. Position Details Core hours Monday through Friday 6:00am - 2:30pm OR Monday through Thursday 6:00am - 4:30pm
Pay Range:
$22.00 to $28.50 per hour What You'll Do Program and maintain CNC turret punch presses and laser machines Use CAD and CAM software to prepare production-ready programs for flat lasers, tube lasers, and turret punch machines Apply critical thinking to enhance safety, boost product quality, and lower production costs Demonstrate strong communication and customer service skills within the team and across departments What We're Looking For Required High school graduate or GED Ability to read and interpret blueprints Strong verbal and written communication skills Self-motivated and productive with minimal supervision Excellent organizational skills, especially with managing files Preferred Experience with CAM and CAD software or willing to learn Previous experience in similar manufacturing industry and/or vocational training/certificate Benefits Starting Day 1 Minimum of 3 weeks Paid Time Off (prorated year 1) 8 Paid Holidays 3 Health Plan Choices, HSA, Dental, and Vision insurance 401k (6% company match and 100% vested immediately) Additional Benefits Tuition Reimbursement Assistance (eligible after 6 months of employment) Quarterly Cash Profit Sharing (eligible after 1 year of employment) Paid Parental Leave (eligible after 1 year of employment)
