Job Description

CNC Controls Programming Engineer Seeking a CNC Controls Programming Engineer to develop, program, and support CNC machine control systems. This position works closely with engineering teams to deliver reliable automation solutions for new equipment and machine upgrades. Responsibilities Program and troubleshoot
FANUC CNC
controls, PLCs, PMCs, HMIs, and motion control systems. Configure CNC controls, servo drives, motors, and machine parameters. Test, commission, and validate control software on new and retrofit equipment. Develop HMI interfaces and support complete machine integration. Provide technical troubleshooting and support for manufacturing and customer issues. Create and maintain control system documentation, schematics, and technical manuals. Ensure controls meet quality and safety standards. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Computer Engineering, or related field; equivalent experience will be considered. At least 2 years of CNC controls programming experience. Strong experience with
FANUC CNC
controls, including PMC ladder logic, macro programming, G-code optimization, and servo tuning. Ability to read electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and technical documentation. Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills. Technical writing experience is a plus.
