Job Summary We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer with expertise in Mastercam to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess experience programming, setting up, and operating CNC milling and turning centers to produce high-precision tools and components on Day shift. Responsibilities Create, edit, and optimize CNC programs using Mastercam for 3-axis machining centers. Set up and operate CNC machinery to produce complex mold and die components. Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and 3D models to determine dimensions and tolerances. Select appropriate tools, fixtures, and cutting parameters. Work closely with machinists to ensure proper setup and troubleshooting. Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Qualifications Experience:
3+ years of CNC programming experience using Mastercam in a mold or die shop setting preferred.
Technical Skills:
Strong proficiency in Mastercam software and reading blueprints.
Equipment:
Experience with CNC milling and/or turning centers.
Requirements:
Must be a U.S. Person (ITAR certified facility).
Education:
