Create, modify, and optimize CNC programs to enhance production processes. Mentor and assist junior machinists, fostering a collaborative and knowledgeable team environment.

Qualifications:

Extensive experience in CNC machining and programming. Proficiency with Haas and Fadal CNC mills and lathes. Strong understanding of blueprint interpretation and geometric dimensions.
