This is an exciting chance to join a legendary, well-established advanced manufacturing organization with deep roots in racing, aerospace, defense, naval, and precision manufacturing, offering a unique campus environment, race-related perks, career growth, and the opportunity to work on complex, high-performance machined components. Qualifications and responsibilities for this CNC Programmer (Siemens NX/Pro Engineer) position include: 5+ years of CNC programming experience in a manufacturing environment. Proficiency with Siemens NX and/or PTC Pro/ENGINEER, Creo, CAD/CAM software. Create, modify, optimize, simulate, and validate CNC programs for 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis milling and turning machines. Strong understanding of G-code, M-code, CNC controller operations, and equipment such as Okuma, Fanuc, Haas, or similar machines. Read and interpret 3D CAD models, technical drawings, blueprints, and GD&T specifications. Apply knowledge of materials, tooling, speeds/feeds, and machining techniques for aluminum, stainless steel, and exotic alloys. Assist machinists with setups, dry runs, troubleshooting, tooling, fixturing, and machining strategy improvements. Maintain setup sheets, tooling instructions, revision control documentation, and support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.
Salary :
$80,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
