Job Description
Screw Machine Operator We're looking for a skilled Screw Machine Operator who takes pride in precision work and consistency on the shop floor. What you'll do: Set up and operate automatic screw machines to produce precision metal parts Read and interpret blueprints and production specifications Make machine adjustments to maintain quality and accuracy Use measuring tools to inspect parts and ensure tight tolerances Perform routine checks to keep equipment running efficiently Track production output and maintain basic job records What we're looking for: Experience operating screw (or Swiss) machines or similar CNC/precision equipment Strong attention to detail and quality standards Mechanical aptitude and comfort working in a production environment Ability to read blueprints and use measuring instruments Dependable, steady, and focused on doing the job right the first time What makes this a great job: Competitive Pay, plus bonus Strong business with opportunities to advance Multiple shifts available
