Job Description Develop, edit, and optimize CNC programs for mills, lathes, and multi-axis machining centers to improve productivity and part quality. Interpret engineering drawings, CAD models, GD&T requirements, and manufacturing specifications to create accurate machining programs. Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineers, Machinists, and Production teams to troubleshoot machining challenges and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Select tooling, establish machining strategies, and determine optimal cutting parameters to maximize machine efficiency and tool life. Support new product introductions by developing machining processes, program validation, and first-article production runs. The Successful Applicant Experience as a CNC Programmer, Manufacturing Engineer, CNC Machinist, or related precision machining professional. Strong proficiency with CNC programming software, CAD/CAM systems, and G-code programming. Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings, blueprints, and GD&T specifications. Experience programming and supporting CNC mills, lathes, multi-axis machining centers, or high-precision manufacturing equipment. Strong problem-solving skills with a track record of improving machining processes, cycle times, and manufacturing efficiency. Technical degree, machining certification, or equivalent hands-on experience in CNC manufacturing, precision machining, or engineering.
