Are you the Mazak expert everyone turns to? If you thrive on transforming complex blueprints into flawless parts and love the rhythm of a well-tuned 5-axis mill, this role is for you. You will Run and maintain Mazak 5-axis CNC milling equipment to produce high-quality components. Program and set up directly from prints, specs, and written instructions using Mazatrol and G-code. Translate engineering intent from blueprints into efficient machining strategies. Hold tight tolerances across multiple material types. Measure with micrometers, bore gauges, and other precision tools to validate every feature. Document setups, in-process checks, and results with exactness. Support a fast-paced, cooperative team by sharing data, solving problems, and driving improvement. Must-haves 5-7 years working on Mazak CNC 5-axis mills. Demonstrated CNC programming and setup capability per print and written requirements. Proficiency with Mazatrol and G-code; Mastercam familiarity is a plus. Expert blueprint/spec reading and proven ability to hold tight tolerances. Experience machining diverse materials and using precision metrology.
