10/12/2026 Job Description Job Description Job Description Work on machines to develop program per technical sheet. Work to improve processes via better machine feed, speeds and cutting tool applications. Maintain CNC library with revision control. Able to read codes and blueprints in choosing the proper tools. Update CNC programs and manufacturing processes to help optimize machining lead times. Maintain continuity between two work shifts by communicating requirements, documenting irregularities and troubleshooting issues as they arise. Provide support to CNC Operators Assist in the development of operations and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for the CNC machining work cell. Improves manufacturing processes and methods for cost-reduction, quality and efficiency.Requirements:
Experience in operating CNC machines 3-5 years' experience in programming CNC machines Knowledge of gear and splines a plus CAD Experience required CAM Experience required Ability to read blueprints and understand machining methodology Aerospace product knowledge a plus Education - College degree or equivalent a plus Must be a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident Company DescriptionREQUIREMENTS
